New paid purchases and upgrades are paused. The listed monthly prices remain visible for transparency, not as a promise of currently available paid intelligence features.
Does this pause stop my existing billing?
No. Existing subscriptions and entitlements are not changed by this notice. Sign in to your dashboard and use Manage Billing & Cards to review or cancel your subscription in the billing portal.
Will my saved search send an alert?
Saved watchlists let you retain your search preferences for later visits. Automated notifications are currently unavailable. Saving a search does not guarantee a scan frequency, a matching listing, or delivery of an alert.
Are the listed prices completed-sale values?
No. Marketplace asking prices describe what sellers request, not what buyers paid. Old Oak does not currently provide verified sold prices, price history, or resale valuations.
What do personal buying briefs add?
Existing paid accounts can save their budget before tax, size, model and condition requirements with each product search. Those personal criteria travel into item research. They do not store sold-listing records or authenticate an item.
Does within budget mean a good deal?
No. It compares the seller asking price plus provided shipping with your own spending limit, before tax and other fees. Market value is a separate question: research the same model, generation and condition on eBay. No automated bargain verdict is provided.
