Hello there! I’m Herbert (or as my kids call me, “Dad, where’s my other sock?”). At 38 years young, I’ve mastered the art of hunting both in the wild and in the laundry basket.
I’m a passionate lover of the great outdoors, and there’s nothing I enjoy more than hunting all types of game. From deer to ducks, I’ve had my fair share of adventures. But, if I’m being honest, my favorite game to hunt is small game. There’s just something thrilling about tracking down a squirrel or rabbit, especially when they’re hiding in my backyard.
When I’m not out in the wilderness, I’m at home wrangling my own wild bunch – my four wonderful children. They’re my pride and joy, and they’ve taught me that hunting for lost toys under the couch is just as challenging as hunting in the woods.
I created this page to document as much of my hunting knowledge I can! I have access to 3 generations of hunters in my family and all the info I can keep the better, I say!
